The 555com reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Refusing to provide the requested documents may result in account suspension or closure.

3Player Account

Each player is responsible for keeping their 555com account secure at 555com. This includes:

• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone else;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for added security;
• Immediately notify 555com's support team at 555com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not to assign, sell, transfer, or lend your account to any third party;
• Keep your registration details up to date, especially your email, phone number, and bank details for Pix withdrawals.

The 555com is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of credentials that the player should have kept secure, except in cases of proven technical failure on the platform's part.

The account balance is credited in BRL (R$) and cannot be transferred to another player account. Funds available in the account may only be used for bets and games within the platform 555com or withdrawn in accordance with the rules of Section 5.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

5Withdrawals

The primary and recommended withdrawal method at 555com is the Pix, with processing within up to 5 minutes after the request is approved. The general withdrawal conditions are:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00;
• The destination bank account must be held in the name of the same individual whose CPF is registered with 555com;
• Identity verification (KYC) with document submission may be required before your first withdrawal;
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds may only be requested after the corresponding rollover requirement has been fully met;
• The 555com may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10.000,00 as a security and regulatory compliance measure;

6Bonuses and Promotions

The 555com offers bonuses and promotions subject to the following general conditions:

7Sports Betting

• A bet confirmed and accepted by the platform is final and cannot be cancelled by the player, except when the cash out feature is available and active for that specific bet;
• Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing bodies of the respective events. In the event of any discrepancy, the official result prevails;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum threshold established by the rules of 555com, bets are generally voided and the wagered amount refunded. Exceptions may apply according to the specific rules of each sport or market;
• In the event of a demonstrably incorrect odds error (for example, odds of 100.00 on a clear favorite), the 555com reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the staked amount;
• Live bets are processed at the odds available at the time of server confirmation. Bets received after an event has ended will not be accepted;

10Prohibited Conduct

• Use of a VPN or any technology to mask your real location in order to bypass geographic restrictions;
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or compromise the integrity of the systems of 555com.

11Account Closure

Closure by the player: you may request account closure at any time through chat or email support. Prior to closure, withdrawals of available balances may be processed in accordance with the rules in Section 5.

Closure by 555com: the platform may close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any item in these Terms and Conditions;
• Well-founded suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illicit activity;
